CUPCAKE lounge chair

Cupcake is a graceful armchair designed to suit both public spaces and homes. The chair is fully upholstered and its shapes are both delicate and pleasantly plush. Even the wildest fabrics are suitable for its upholstery, as the chair is playful and compact in size.

Although Cupcake is a small chair, it doesn't compromise on comfort. The appropriately recessed seat cushion and back cushion make it soft, yet upright to sit on. The chair has a rotating base, making it suitable for a variety of uses, from lobbies and meeting rooms to small home spaces.

AINO MICHELSEN

Aino Michelsen is a Helsinki-based designer who graduated as a furniture designer from the Lahti Institute of Design in spring 2013. In autumn 2015, she began her master's studies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. The collaboration with Interface began in early 2018.
