Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your new Interface products. If there is a fault in the product we have delivered, we will always aim to repair or replace the item before offering a monetary refund.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred from returning or exchanging a faultless and unused product. These costs are capped at a maximum of €300.
