Shipping policy

Our products are made to order. This means that your order will be placed in the production queue only after it has been received in our sales system. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Delivery times may vary by product, and you can find the estimated delivery time on each product's page. If you would like delivery to take place at a specific time, please mention this when placing your order. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. 

Delivery of sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and rugs is always free within mainland Finland and with additional charge on other markets. Delivery does not include carrying the items indoors. For other products, delivery is made either to a Posti service point or parcel locker. These deliveries are also free of charge within mainland Finland. The delivery week is indicated in the order confirmation we send to your email after the order is placed. We use third-party logistics providers for deliveries, which may vary depending on the delivery location.

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure that all passageways are clear and floors are protected if necessary. It is especially important to inspect the product after delivery and note any possible transport damage before signing the delivery receipt.

If the recipient is not present at the agreed delivery time, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. The undelivered item will be returned to the carrier's terminal to await rescheduling.
